Injury Rehab, Injury Prevention, and Custom Exercise Programming

  • Physical Therapy and Performance

    A comprehensive assessment of your strength, mobility and movement patterns. We will focus on exercise to reduce pain and improve performance. You can expect to come in once a week, and you will receive exercises to perform throughout the week to speed up your rehabilitation.

  • Custom Exercise Programming

    A month-long custom exercise program that fits your specific goals. You will be able to follow along using an app to track all your progress! There are different tiers to the program including a recovery session add-on or one in-person session.

  • Dry Needling

    This is a great tool to use in conjunction with your rehab program. Dry needling is effective at reducing pain and soreness, improving range of motion and promoting blood flow and healing to the site of injury.

  • Myofascial Cupping

    This is a more tolerable treatment for those injuries that are too sensitive to deep pressure. Cupping provides a decompression force to the underlying musculature while promoting blood flow to the area.

  • Your first visit at SCOR will include a comprehensive assessment of your strength and mobility as well as treatment to reduce pain and improve performance. At the end of the session, you will be given exercises and/or mobility work to address the primary problem.

  • A one hour session designed around your individualized plan of care. Expect your exercises and treatment to be modified and progressed in a manner that will improve healing.

  • This 30 minute session is designed for those looking to decrease soreness, improve mobility and maintain overall wellness. Treatment can include manual therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy and deep tissue massage.
